By using this Website and booking any service through our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

2. About Us

Mitcham Pharmacy is a registered UK pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), registration number 1100483. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Abimbola Alaba. We provide pharmacy-led healthcare services in line with GPhC standards and NHS guidance.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, and
  • Be located within the United Kingdom.

By booking a service through our Website, you confirm that you meet these criteria

4. Services Offered

We offer a range of in-store pharmacy services, including but not limited to:

  • Health consultations (e.g. minor ailments, travel advice)
  • Vaccinations and immunisations
  • NHS-funded and private healthcare checks
  • Clinical assessments by a pharmacist
  • Preventive health support

Some services require clinical eligibility or professional assessment. We reserve the right to decline a service if it is not appropriate for your health needs.

Certain services may be offered free of charge to eligible patients, in accordance with NHS guidelines. Eligibility is assessed at the time of booking or consultation.

5. Booking and Appointments

  • Services can be booked through our Website or in-store.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
  • Bookings are confirmed once a confirmation email is sent.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to clinical, regulatory, or operational reasons.

6. Fees and Payment

  • NHS-funded services are free of charge for eligible patients.
  • Private services require a consultation fee, which must be paid in-store at the time of your appointment.
  • The consultation fee covers only the service booked. Any additional services (e.g., vaccinations, prescriptions, medications) may be charged separately unless NHS-covered.
  • No online payment is required or accepted via the Website at the time of booking.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Since no payment is taken online at the time of booking:

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your appointment at any time by contacting us directly via email or phone

Rescheduling: 

  • To reschedule, contact us with your full name, original appointment date and time, and your preferred new time.
  • We will try to accommodate your request based on our availability.
  • Requests should ideally be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Requests made less than 24 hours before may still be accommodated where possible

8. Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (e.g. due to staff illness or operational issues), we will:

  • Notify you as early as possible, and
  • Offer an alternative appointment time.

9. Your Responsibilities

When attending an in-store consultation, you must:

  • Arrive on time
  • Provide accurate health information
  • Follow pharmacist advice
  • Inform us in advance if you cannot attend
